Ingredienten: 3 Eetlepels Boter or Margarine -- divided
1/2 Cup Maisvlokken -- crumbled
1 Eetlepel All Purpose Meel
1/4 Teaspoon Zout
1/4 Teaspoon Peper
1 Teaspoon Instant Minced Ui
1 Teaspoon Suiker
1 Cup (8 Oz.) Sour Cream
6 Cups French-style Green Beans (sperziebonen, haricots verts) -- cooked and drained
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar or Swiss Kaas
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: In a small sauspan, melt 1 eetlepel boter; stir in maisvlokken and set aside. Melt remaining boter in a large sauspan. Stir in meel, zout, peper, ui and suiker; heat and stir until bubbly. Reduce heat; add the sour cream and stir until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat for 2 minutes (do not boil). Fold in the beans. Spread into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle kaas evenly over the top. Sprinkle with maisflake mixture. Bake uncovered at 400 for 20 minutes or until heated through.
